Job Summary:
The Stock Officer will help establish and manage the supermarket’s stock control system, ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of all inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and record incoming stock deliveries.
- Track stock levels and prepare reorder reports.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and supervisors for stock replenishment.
- Maintain stock databases and assist with audits.
Requirements:
- ND/B.Sc in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse management.
- Good record-keeping and analytical skills.
- Proactive and organized.
