Department: Operations

Reports To: Store Manager



Job Summary:



The Stock Officer will help establish and manage the supermarket’s stock control system, ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of all inventory.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Receive and record incoming stock deliveries.

  • Track stock levels and prepare reorder reports.

  • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile records.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and supervisors for stock replenishment.

  • Maintain stock databases and assist with audits.



Requirements:




  • ND/B.Sc in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 2–4 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse management.

  • Good record-keeping and analytical skills.

  • Proactive and organized.
