Job Summary:
We are launching a new supermarket in Ojota and require an experienced Store Manager to lead operations from the ground up. The ideal candidate will establish operational systems, manage staff, oversee inventory, and drive profitability while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and daily management of supermarket operations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise all store personnel.
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage supplier relationships, stock levels, and cash flow.
- Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or related field.
- 5–7 years’ retail or supermarket management experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi-department operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
