Job Description
As a Retail Sales Representative, you are the face of the brand, creating a welcoming, inspiring, and luxurious in-store experience for every guest. You’ll combine product knowledge, attentive service, and storytelling to help clients find pieces that elevate their homes and reflect the essence of comfort and timeless elegance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in curating complete bedding or home setups, offering styling advice that complements their space.
- Understand the craftsmanship, materials, and design story behind each collection and communicate it confidently to clients.
- Handle in-store sales transactions, POS operations, receipts, and client information with accuracy and discretion.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups, clienteling, and after-sales support.
- Support inventory management: restocking, tagging, and reporting low-stock or fast-moving items.
- Participate in in-store events, product launches, and private viewings when required.
Qualifications
- OND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of retail or client-facing experience in luxury, lifestyle, or fashion brands.
- Strong sense of style and appreciation for fine living, design, or interiors.
