Job Summary
- As the Human Resources Officer, you will manage the company’s HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain attendance, payroll, and disciplinary records
- Oversee staff welfare, training, and performance evaluations
- Manage employee relations and promote a positive work environment
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (having HR Certifications e.g., CIPM is an advantage)
- 2–4 years’ HR experience in a technical or industrial company
- Knowledge of HR policies, Nigerian labor law, and payroll systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
