We are seeking a Document Control and Administrative Officer to manage and maintain an efficient document control system that ensures accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality.
The role also supports compliance, contract oversight, and general administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain secure and organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Update, archive, and dispose of documents in line with retention policies.
Generate reports on document status, revisions, and compliance metrics.
Ensure all records meet regulatory and quality standards.
Oversee contract and license documentation to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Health Information Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
1 - 2 years experience in document control or healthcare administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
