We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead the food and beverage operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless service delivery across all dining outlets, bars and banqueting while optimizing guest experience, staff performance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar and events.
Maintain high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation.
Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service delivery.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff to deliver consistent, top-quality service.
Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
Foster a culture of teamwork, hospitality, and accountability.
Guest Experience
Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service, excellent food quality, and proactive issue resolution.
Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism.
Continuously review and improve the F&B offerings based on guest preferences and trends.
Financial Management
Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through upselling and promotions.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and stock levels to avoid wastage.
Analyze sales data and create reports for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in F&B management in a restaurant.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality software.
