Job Summary

Our client is a construction company located in Victoria Island, Lagos. They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join their construction team. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that projects are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.


• Interpret drawings and specifications to guide construction works.


• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project standards.


• Liaise with project managers, architects, and subcontractors.


• Prepare daily site reports, progress records, and material requests.


• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.


• Manage site logistics, manpower, and equipment scheduling.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in building construction projects.


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.


• Membership of COREN or NSE is an added advantage.
