PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in posting transactions


• Monthly reporting, analyses and reconciliations of all statutory taxes, including NCD


• Post Naira and Dollar accounts payable invoices and payments


• Key vendors quarterly reconciliations and reporting, including related parties


• Assist in carrying out bank account reconciliation (Bank and Ledger account).


• Monitoring drilling cost by taking all drilling invoices and ensuring they are in line with purchase order/contract agreement.


• Maintenance of drilling files, POs, Materials transfer, returns to Vendors


• Responsible for tracking all process maker activities and approvals for payments


• Prepares weekly process maker reports


• Bank reconciliations and analyses


• Assist treasury supervisor in managing banking operations


• Prepares monthly royalty reconciliation and coordinates payments


• Assist with any other duties that may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bsc Accounting or any related field


• ACA, ACCA


• Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in E & P


• SAP, Oracle, Peachtree etc
