Role Description
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales operations, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets across several sectors (BFSI, O&G,Telco, etc).
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue through the identification of new sales opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical insights to customers, ensuring the solution fits their requirements.
- Client Engagement: Manage client accounts, understanding their technical needs, and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Collaboration: Work with internal technical and engineering teams to tailor solutions and address customer queries.
- Sales Targets: Achieve assigned sales quotas and key performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and Relationship Management
- Experience in B2B technology sales and partnerships
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
