  • We are seeking results-driven and highly motivated Sales Executives to join our Public and Professional Services Sales Unit, focused on Federal Medical Centers (FMCs), Government Hospitals, and the Ministry of Health.

  • This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and have detailing experience in the public health sector, particularly in the sales of pharmaceuticals, healthcaresolutions, or medical equipment.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Drive sales of medical equipment, diagnostics, consumables, and turnkey healthcare solutions to FMCs, state hospitals, and health ministries.

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key decision-makers such as CMOs, procurement heads, and public health officials.

  • Actively identify and convert new business opportunities within public healthcare institutions.

  • Lead or participate in tender submissions, ensuring compliance with government procurement processes.

  • Monitor government budgets and procurement trends to align offerings with public sector priorities.

  • Deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and public health goals.

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Provide timely reports on pipeline status, deal progression, and market insights.



Requirements:




  • Experience working with or selling to the public health sector

  • Proven track record in sales of medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.

  • Strong understanding of public procurement processes, compliance, and documentation.

  • Teachable, adaptable, and passionate about healthcare delivery.

  • Demonstrated integrity and ability to build trust-based relationships.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and pursue opportunities.
