Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in an agency environment.


• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Team Lead, Supervisory, or equivalent leadership role.


• Exceptional leadership, people management, and motivational skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and problem-solve complex client and internal challenges.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
