WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Act as a strategic partner to Project Managers and Operations Leaders within our BPO delivery teams, ensuring consistent and effective people management practices across projects.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for 2–3 Project Managers (depending on project size), providing expert guidance on all people-related matters.
- Translate organizational and HR strategies into actionable plans for assigned project teams.
- Use data and insights to identify people trends and recommend targeted interventions to improve performance, engagement, and retention.
- Cascade and ensure consistent execution of core HR processes and programs (e.g., performance management, engagement surveys, recognition, and career development initiatives).
- Act as the process owner for HR within assigned projects—identifying issues, coordinating solutions, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Support Project Managers through all performance management phases, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Coach and enable leaders to adopt effective people management practices and lead high-performing teams.
- Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver targeted training and capability-building initiatives for project teams.
- Contribute to broader HR projects and organizational programs as required.
Must-Have Qualifications/Experience
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5 years and above experience in HR Business Partnering or generalist HR roles, preferably in a BPO, operations, or service delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
- Ability to interpret people's data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
