Job Summary

• A Business Analyst bridges the gap between an organization’s strategic goals and its technology solutions.


• They gather, analyze, and document business requirements, help stakeholders define problems, and recommend data‑driven improvements that increase efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, and objectives.


• Document functional and non‑functional requirements using models such as use cases, user stories, and data flow diagrams.


• Analyze data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks; present findings to leadership.


• Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers and testers.


• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions to elicit and validate requirements.


• Support the development team during implementation, handling change requests and clarifying details.


• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with training and rollout.


• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).


• 2 ‑ 3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role.


• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.


• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project‑management methodologies.


• Ability to think critically, manage ambiguity, and influence stakeholders at all levels.


• Age: 25 years to 28 years old.


• Must reside around Yaba Axis.
