Objectives

• To Lead the creation and implementation of a robust enterprise risk framework to identify, assess and mitigate risks; ensure governance, oversight, and regulatory audit compliance; cultivate a strong risk culture through training and cross-functional coordination; and drive continuous monitoring and performance improvement.

General Objectives and Responsibilities

• Enterprise Risk Strategy & Framework Development.


• Enterprise Risk Framework Implementation & Monitoring.


• Enterprise Risk Identification, Assessment & Mitigation.


• Enterprise Risk Governance, Oversight & Reporting.


• Coordinating 3rd Party Audits (COSO, ICFR, ITGC, EQA etc)


• Building Risk Culture & Training.


• Monitoring Performance & Improvement.


• Coordination with Related Functions.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelors Degree with 5 - 8 years work experience.
