We are urgently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
The role involves supervising staff, coordinating service delivery, and supporting management in achieving sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant activities, including customer service, order management, and staff performance.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene meet company and regulatory standards.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to avoid shortages or waste.
Train, schedule, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Support the manager in tracking sales, preparing reports, and implementing promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff, waiters, and cashiers to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee cash handling and reconcile daily sales when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in restaurant or food service operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
