Job Summary




  • The Team Lead, Sales Executive, will drive property sales, lead a team of sales executives, and ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.

  • The role demands a result-oriented professional with strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase property sales and market share.

  • Identify and convert high-value leads into successful transactions.

  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to guide business decisions.

  • Prepare regular reports on team performance and sales outcomes.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 4 - 6 years of real estate sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and closing skills.

  • Good knowledge of the property market and CRM tools.
