The Civil Engineering Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all civil works related to renewable energy infrastructure projects—particularly solar and wind farms.
This role involves managing the construction of foundations, structures, and site infrastructure, ensuring all activities comply with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all civil construction activities, including foundations, structural works, and site infrastructure.
Ensure all work aligns with engineering drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Monitor civil works progress, quality assurance, and quality control (QA/QC) compliance.
Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly reports on construction progress.
Liaise with project engineers, HSE officers, and management to resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with local construction codes, environmental, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 8 - 10 years of experience in civil construction, specifically within solar and/or wind energy projects.
Certifications: Valid construction safety and QA/QC certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent).
Skills & Expertise:
Civil construction supervision and site management.
Foundation and structural design understanding.
Strong QA/QC knowledge and implementation.
Familiarity with renewable energy infrastructure standards.
