About the Role




  • We’re looking for a resourceful and creative Brand & Marketing Associate to support the daily execution of marketing activities across our wellness brands; Edené Wellness (luxury spa services) and Vitanura (natural wellness products).

  • This is a hands-on role suited for someone passionate about branding, storytelling, and digital engagement.

  • You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead to bring campaigns to life, grow our online presence, support brand activations, and ensure visual consistency across platforms.



Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media Execution:




  • Develop and schedule social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)

  • Design basic creatives using Canva or other tools

  • Craft compelling captions that reflect brand tone and messaging

  • Assist in real-time posting and live event coverage

  • Support influencer collaboration tracking and reposting



Brand Marketing Support:




  • Assist in execution of marketing campaigns and promotions

  • Help coordinate and track branded materials (flyers, brochures, T-shirts, bags)

  • Maintain visual brand consistency across all touchpoints

  • Assist in writing short marketing copy (emails, SMS, product descriptions)



Events & Activations:




  • Provide on-ground support during exhibitions, wellness fairs, or pop-ups

  • Help coordinate logistics and branding for physical activations

  • Support lead collection, real-time posting, and engagement tracking during events



Administrative & Reporting:




  • Maintain an archive of brand assets and campaign files

  • Update performance tracking sheets (social analytics, engagement, etc.)

  • Assist in maintaining influencer/ambassador spreadsheets and content calendars

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and inspiration sourcing



Requirements

Skills & Experience:




  • Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in marketing, communications, or brand support role

  • Proficiency in Canva and social scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Buffer, Planoly)

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills

  • Attention to detail, proactive, and visually inclined

  • Experience working with lifestyle, beauty, or wellness brands is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Forms, and email marketing platforms is a bonus

  • Applicants must reside within Magodo Phase II or environs
