Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of medical-grade aesthetic procedures, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and other skin rejuvenation services.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting all services and outcomes.
- Operate and maintain aesthetic equipment according to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and recommended products.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical standards, health regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or Medical Aesthetics from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical, spa, or medical aesthetic setting.
- Proficiency in performing advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Valid professional license or certification where applicable.
- Experience working in a medical spa or dermatology clinic.
- Familiarity with laser therapy equipment and cosmetic injectables (Botox, fillers) is an advantage.
