Job Description
Responsible for providing best practise expertise in the activation of global reward solutions to attract, motivate and retain employees through competitive, exciting, relevant and cost-effective reward solutions that drive superior performance in the cluster.
Generates insights into reward dynamics of the talent market in the cluster and communicates these to the Global Reward of the geography.
Ensures the consistent activation of reward strategies, systems, processes, policies and tools in the cluster.

- 8 years’ experience in HR/reward management
- Business knowledge and understanding
- Understands how the local business operates
- Logical, analytical mind to analyze information and work according to standards and guidelines
- Broad understanding of reward content, common and best practices, local legislation
- Able to help resolve information problems and queries or know where to refer problem
- Able to simplify technical and complex information to a general audience
- Knowledge of internal processes and policies implementation experience
- First degree in Social Science/Arts/other relevant disciplines
- MBA/MSC
- CIPM/CIPD/SHRM
