Job Summary



We are seeking a highly driven Team Lead, Business Development to identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Business Development Officers, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure the achievement of set sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Source, engage, and retain clients across target markets.

  • Achieve and exceed team sales goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.

  • Develop tailored proposals and ensure excellent client service delivery.

  • Prepare regular performance and market insight reports.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4–6 years’ experience in business development or sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Relevant certifications (CIIN, CIM, etc.) are an added advantage.
