Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Team Lead, Business Development to identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Business Development Officers, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure the achievement of set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and retain clients across target markets.
- Achieve and exceed team sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
- Develop tailored proposals and ensure excellent client service delivery.
- Prepare regular performance and market insight reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years’ experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications (CIIN, CIM, etc.) are an added advantage.
