Glitch Africa is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager who can keep people, projects, and timelines moving smoothly across all our studios and departments.
This role is for someone extremely organised, great with people, and driven by results — someone who ensures things run on time, every time.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across teams and departments.
Manage project timelines from ideation to delivery.
Ensure every team member meets deadlines and deliverables.
Coordinate production schedules, shoots, and post-production timelines.
Track performance, workflow, and resources efficiently.
Support leadership with reports, updates, and follow-ups.
Anticipate roadblocks and solve problems before they escalate.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations or Project Management
Must live on the Island (Lagos) — on-site coordination is key.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Masterful use of ClickUp, Notion, and other modern project management tools.
Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and proactive.
