Key Responsibilities
Guest Reception: Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm, professional, and lasting impression.
Guest Support: Provide accurate information about the property, amenities, and nearby attractions.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
VIP Management: Deliver personalized attention and premium service to VIP guests.
Service Promotion: Highlight available facilities, special offers, and premium services to guests.
Record Management: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and preferences.
Proactive Service: Anticipate guest' needs and take initiative to enhance their experience.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong rapport with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat engagement.
Supervision: Oversee site cleanliness and coordinate the activities of janitors, artisans, and other on-site staff.
