As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
You will ensure cost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications while supporting the company’s commitment to delivering world-class engineering and construction solutions.
Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for new and ongoing projects
Conduct cost analysis, estimation, and value engineering across all project stages
Manage contracts, tenders, and procurement schedules to ensure budget compliance
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, prepare payment certificates, and manage cost reports
Requirements
B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree is an advantage)
5 – 7 years’ relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects (road or civil works preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software (CostX, Candy, etc.)
Membership in a professional body (NIQS, RICS, or equivalent) is an added advantage
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with attention to detail
