We are seeking a skilled HR/Admin Officer to support the human resources and administrative functions of our client an events and construction company located in Sapphire Garden, Lekki-Epe expressway, Awoyaya.
Job Summary :
The HR/Admin Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support and handling HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR processes including recruitment support, employee records, and on boarding.
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and office management.
- Support employee relations and welfare activities.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure office efficiency.
- Liaise with various departments on HR and admin matters.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
- Good understanding of HR practices and labor regulations in Nigeria.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- BSC/HND/OND in any field.
Salary- N120,000 per month during probation period (3 months).
Upon confirmation: N150,000 per month.
Location: Sapphire Garden, Lekki-Epe expressway Awoyaya.
