We are seeking a skilled HR/Admin Officer to support the human resources and administrative functions of our client an events and construction company located in Sapphire Garden, Lekki-Epe expressway, Awoyaya.



Job Summary :



The HR/Admin Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support and handling HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the organization.



Responsibilities




  • Manage HR processes including recruitment support, employee records, and on boarding.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and office management.

  • Support employee relations and welfare activities.

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.

  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure office efficiency.

  • Liaise with various departments on HR and admin matters.



Requirements




  • Proven experience in HR and/or administrative roles.

  • Good understanding of HR practices and labor regulations in Nigeria.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • BSC/HND/OND in any field.



Salary- N120,000 per month during probation period (3 months).



Upon confirmation: N150,000 per month.



Location: Sapphire Garden, Lekki-Epe expressway Awoyaya.
