- Oversee the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Lead and coordinate the local marketing team, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other external partners.
- Supervise both digital and traditional media initiatives (social media, outdoor ads, radio, etc.).
- Plan and execute offline events and product activations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using digital tools and analytics.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and evaluations for management review.
- Support brand communication planning and local market implementation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage both digital and traditional media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media strategy, brand execution, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
