Job Summary




  • We are seeking a personable and competent front desk officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient reception experience in one of our Lagos Branches.

  • The successful candidates will manage front office operations, maintain a welcoming ambience, coordinate client traffic, and support the firm’s customer relationship objectives through effective communication and service excellence.



Duties and Responsibilities




  • Warmly welcome and attend to all visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.

  • Manage front office traffic, attend to walk-in enquiries, and direct visitors appropriately.

  • Handle telephone, email, and in-person inquiries courteously and provide accurate information.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area; ensure conveniences are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.

  • Coordinate with support staff to ensure adequate supplies and report maintenance needs promptly.



Required Qualifications / Experience




  • B.Sc. in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a front desk, client service, or administrative role (experience in a professional services firm is an advantage).



Skills and Competencies:




  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (Good command of the English language is a must)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Customer service orientation

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
