Job Summary
- We are seeking a personable and competent front desk officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient reception experience in one of our Lagos Branches.
- The successful candidates will manage front office operations, maintain a welcoming ambience, coordinate client traffic, and support the firm’s customer relationship objectives through effective communication and service excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and attend to all visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
- Manage front office traffic, attend to walk-in enquiries, and direct visitors appropriately.
- Handle telephone, email, and in-person inquiries courteously and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area; ensure conveniences are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with support staff to ensure adequate supplies and report maintenance needs promptly.
Required Qualifications / Experience
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a front desk, client service, or administrative role (experience in a professional services firm is an advantage).
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (Good command of the English language is a must)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
