Job Summary




  • The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of confectionery products. The role requires a detail-oriented and experienced professional capable of optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring stock accuracy, and maintaining product quality across all warehouse activities.



Key Responsibilities




  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, picking, dispatch, and returns.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock counts and timely reconciliation.

  • Enforce hygiene, safety, and handling standards in line with confectionery production requirements.

  • Plan and coordinate logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers and distributors.

  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve productivity and compliance targets.

  • Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and product movement for maximum efficiency.

  • Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and monitor product shelf-life management.

  • Oversee documentation for all inbound and outbound goods, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Quality Control teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Prepare and present periodic warehouse reports, highlighting inventory health, shrinkage, and operational efficiency.



Qualifications & Experience




  • B.Sc / HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7–10 years progressive experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within FMCG or confectionery manufacturing.

  • Strong leadership background with proven ability to manage people, processes, and warehouse infrastructure.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (SAP preferred).

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy and operational discipline.
