The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, and ensuring product availability within designated routes and outlets. The role plays a key part in driving distribution, visibility, and trade execution in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Execute sales strategies and achieve monthly sales targets within assigned routes.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising across outlets.
Maintain and grow customer relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
Provide accurate sales reports, market feedback, and competitor intelligence.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment in outlets.
Support the Area Sales Manager in achieving overall area objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2–4 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in field sales.
Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale trade channels.
Ability to meet targets under pressure and manage multiple outlets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
