Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:




  • Achievement of commercial targets set for the territory.

  • A Territory Sales Manager has ownership for achieving the overall commercial targets set for all areas within their territory. These targets include targets for active agent count, transaction value, transaction volume, among others.

  • Coaching/Mentoring Agents & Aggregators in the assigned territory

  • Train and retrain Agents & Aggregators under their supervision to ensure that they train agents to expected standard.

  • Mentor, coach and provide immediate correction to agents, aggregators, and escalate issues to where applicable.

  • Assess the activities and performance of Agents & Aggregators under their supervision and report where applicable.

  • Representing KongaPay Technologies in the assigned territory.

  • Verify agent outlet and ensuring due compliance before account is created.

  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with all agency principals and outlet assistants across their territory.

  • Report issues and communicate insights internally to ensure that relevant resources are deployed to strengthen the KongaPay business in their territory.

  • Identify and share trends and conduct competitor or market analysis.

  • Manage Direct sales staff in driving expectations

  • Any other Duties assigned by your line Manager.



PERFORMANCE INDICATORS




  • Key Performance Indicators/ Performance Goals:

  • 100 Agents monthly onboarding, Activation and POS deployment.

  • Maintain 70% active agents.

  • 100,000 Total Processed Counts (TPCs) monthly.

  • N500,000,000 Total Processed Value(TPV)



Key Deliverables:




  • Drive KongaPay Agency network visibility within assigned territories.

  • Increase agent and aggregator acquisition, engagement and retention.

  • Work closely with the POS support and customer service team to resolve and manager agent issues.

  • Work with the retention unit to identify and win back churn agents within assigned territories.



KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE




  • Basic Microsoft Package Proficiency

  • Computer, Internet and Mobile proficiency

  • Good knowledge of Sales and Agency Banking



QUALIFICATIONS:




  • Bachelor’s Degree/ HND

  • 2 - 6 years relevant work experience.

  • Good sales knowledge (added advantage)

  • Experience in similar roles in FMCG and FINTECH
