Newedge Finance Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Management Specialist (AMS) to join our EasyBuy team. The AMS serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent in-store support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role involves handling inquiries, on-boarding new customers, managing repayment accounts, and educating clients on EasyBuy products, services, and payment options.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer support in-store.
Create and manage customers’ virtual repayment accounts.
Assist with customer onboarding and product registration.
Educate customers on EasyBuy products, policies, and payment plans.
Address and resolve customer issues; escalate complex cases when necessary.
Ensure a positive and smooth customer experience in line with EasyBuy standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
Requirements:
Must own an Android device with a minimum of 3GB RAM and at least 2.5G network connectivity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
