You will oversee the performance of multiple restaurants within your region — ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability across all outlets under your supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across assigned outlets
Ensure managers and teams deliver exceptional customer experiences
Monitor sales, staff performance, and inventory management
Plan and execute restaurant marketing strategies and customer loyalty programs
Collaborate with production to plan and update menus
Conduct competitor surveys and provide strategic recommendations to management
Drive staff training, coaching, and continuous performance improvement
Requirements:
B.Sc. or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or higher operations role in a QSR brand
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office tools and restaurant performance analysis
Excellent people management and problem-solving skills
