Job Summary:




  • You will oversee the performance of multiple restaurants within your region — ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability across all outlets under your supervision.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across assigned outlets

  • Ensure managers and teams deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Monitor sales, staff performance, and inventory management

  • Plan and execute restaurant marketing strategies and customer loyalty programs

  • Collaborate with production to plan and update menus

  • Conduct competitor surveys and provide strategic recommendations to management

  • Drive staff training, coaching, and continuous performance improvement



Requirements:




  • B.Sc. or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or higher operations role in a QSR brand

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

  • Proficient in MS Office tools and restaurant performance analysis

  • Excellent people management and problem-solving skills
