We are recruiting for a leading automotive and heavy-duty equipment leasing company committed to providing innovative mobility and industrial solutions across Nigeria. we seek a qualified and experienced professional to join the executive team as Sales Manager.
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will translate the company’s overall business goals into actionable sales strategies, ensuring effective execution to increase market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will combine strategic foresight with operational excellence and a deep understanding of the service and leasing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to boost market presence and revenue.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and corporate sales targets.
- Deliver measurable sales results and refine operational processes.
- Implement data-driven strategies and establish accountability frameworks for continuous improvement.
- Drive strategic growth and market expansion across target regions.
- Improve the sales cycle efficiency by minimizing customer decision time throughout the buying process.
- Enhance customer retention through superior service and relationship management.
- Conduct regular market analysis and forecasting to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to align sales performance with overall business objectives
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s Degree or MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales management experience in the automotive, leasing, or service industry.
- Strong sales expertise and deep understanding of the Nigerian service and equipment leasing market.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into measurable action and results.
Remuneration:
N250,000 and commission
