Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage sales operations processes and performance tracking systems.
- Support the sales team with data analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Ensure accurate documentation and processing of customer orders and deliveries.
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to align supply and sales forecasts.
- Monitor key sales KPIs and generate periodic performance dashboards.
- Improve CRM utilization and sales workflow automation.
- Support pricing strategies and margin analysis in collaboration with the finance team.
- Train sales staff on reporting standards and data management practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales operations or business analytics, preferably in agribusiness or FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
