Job Summary

• As a Junior Technician, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen and refrigeration equipment.


• You will work under senior engineers to gain practical experience in handling hot (ovens, fryers) and cold (refrigerators, cold rooms) equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in equipment repair and installation.


• Learn troubleshooting techniques for electrical and mechanical faults.


• Perform basic cleaning, wiring, and maintenance under supervision.


• Follow safety protocols and report daily activities to supervisors.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering.


• 1 – 3 years’ experience or recent technical school graduate.


• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical tools.


• Eagerness to learn, reliable, and good teamwork skills.
