Job Summary
- As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, inventory, and customer experience teams.
- You will manage performance, maintain operational excellence, and ensure the brand’s creative and refined essence is reflected across all activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Lead and manage the sales and inventory teams to achieve performance goals
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure store aesthetics, maintenance, and customer experience meet brand standards
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on events and in-store activations
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 4 – 6 years’ experience in retail operations, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, budgeting, and reporting abilities
