Job Summary

• They require the services of a qualified Account Manager who will be responsible for generating new businesses for the Bank.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree qualification


• Candidates should have 2 years of experience in a similar role in a Digital /Microfinance/Commercial bank


• 5 years of experience in the Banking sector


• Background in Managing Account, and Marketing.


• Background in SME Development


• Background in Sales


• Must be Tech Savvy and digitally exposed


• Ability to think on their Toes


• Strong, Independent and Personal Goal Orientated Individual


• Strong Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Outlook and Excel


• Organizational and Time Management Skills

• Use of Project and Program Management Skills to Lead Teams in Assessing Strategic Planning Projects.


• Knowledge of and Experience Working with Project and Portfolio Management Methodologies to Align Multiple Projects Focused on Setting the Strategic Direction of the Bank.
