Job Summary
- They require the services of a qualified Account Manager who will be responsible for generating new businesses for the Bank.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree qualification
- Candidates should have 2 years of experience in a similar role in a Digital /Microfinance/Commercial bank
- 5 years of experience in the Banking sector
- Background in Managing Account, and Marketing.
- Background in SME Development
- Background in Sales
- Must be Tech Savvy and digitally exposed
- Ability to think on their Toes
- Strong, Independent and Personal Goal Orientated Individual
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Outlook and Excel
- Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Powerful Leadership Skills and Speaking Skills
- Use of Project and Program Management Skills to Lead Teams in Assessing Strategic Planning Projects.
- Knowledge of and Experience Working with Project and Portfolio Management Methodologies to Align Multiple Projects Focused on Setting the Strategic Direction of the Bank.
