Stock control: Monitor inventory levels in the system and on shelves to prevent overstocking or stockouts, and implement procedures to safeguard inventory.
Inventory management: Maintain and update accurate records of all inventory, including details on quantity, cost, and product characteristics.
Audits and reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock checks and audits to compare against records, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
Order and receiving: Process purchase orders, manage deliveries, and ensure incoming stock is accurately recorded and stored.
Supplier relations: Liaise with suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases, negotiate prices, and manage relationships.
Data analysis and reporting: Use software to track inventory, analyze sales data to forecast future needs, and generate reports for management on stock levels and issues.

Candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 3 years experience.
