Responsibilities

• Managing mechanical projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to project design specifications and timelines.


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including mechanical designers, contractors and project managers, to develop project plans and budgets.


• Conducting site assessments to determine project feasibility and gather technical requirements.


• Overseeing the installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems designs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.


• Ensuring projects meet specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.


• 3+ years of proven experience in mechanical project management.


• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.


• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, systems and components.


• Proficiency in project management software and mechanical design tools.


• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality mechanical projects.


• Knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices in mechanical engineering.


• Proficiency in using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.


• Proficiency in project design and planning, management, costing and documentation.
