What You’ll Do
Lead the design and execution of a national B2B sales and distribution strategy for refined oil products.
Acquire, grow, and manage relationships with industrial buyers, food processors, hospitality chains, and major distributors.
Drive measurable sales growth and profitability targets through data-driven planning, CRM insights, and execution excellence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and commercial finance teams to maintain optimal service levels and operational efficiency.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to inform proactive commercial strategy.
Lead and mentor the B2B sales team to achieve superior market penetration, customer retention, and profitability outcomes.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 7 years progressive sales leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing with strong exposure to B2B and B2C channels.
Proven success in key account management, trade marketing, and distributor partnerships.
Excellent negotiation, data interpretation, and strategic communication skills.
Strong understanding of route-to-market frameworks, demand planning, and sales automation tools (CRM/SFA).
