  • A leading multinational in the refined edible oil and consumer goods industry is seeking a Channel Manager (B2B) to lead its industrial sales and distribution strategy across Nigeria.

  • This role is ideal for a strategic business builder who thrives on driving volume growth, strengthening institutional partnerships, and managing high-impact commercial operations.



What You’ll Do




  • Lead the design and execution of a national B2B sales and distribution strategy for refined oil products.

  • Acquire, grow, and manage relationships with industrial buyers, food processors, hospitality chains, and major distributors.

  • Negotiate long-term supply agreements, optimize channel performance, and ensure seamless order-to-fulfillment delivery.

  • Drive measurable sales growth and profitability targets through data-driven planning, CRM insights, and execution excellence.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and commercial finance teams to maintain optimal service levels and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to inform proactive commercial strategy.

  • Lead and mentor the B2B sales team to achieve superior market penetration, customer retention, and profitability outcomes.



What You Bring




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum of 7 years progressive sales leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing with strong exposure to B2B and B2C channels.

  • Proven success in key account management, trade marketing, and distributor partnerships.

  • Excellent negotiation, data interpretation, and strategic communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of route-to-market frameworks, demand planning, and sales automation tools (CRM/SFA).
