SUMMARY:



Our client is a non-profit organization that gives young people the information, services, and resources they need to succeed and create a stronger community.



REQUIREMENTS:




  • A first degree, preferably in Education, Educational Management or any related field.

  • Minimum of two years relevant work experience providing programme support/implementation with a non-governmental organisation or social enterprise;

  • Demonstrate Understanding of education-related issuesand matters, and be able to analyse education-related policies.

  • Professional writing and verbal communication skills forreports, letters, concept notes and proposals writingcoupled with sessiondelivery is a priority;

  • Ability to work comfortably with major Microsoft suites and Googleproducts;

  • Demonstrate attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision while collaborating with the team;

  • Disposed to travelling withinand outside Ibadanat short notic



RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Lead the design and execution of programmes and activities, especially on the Inclusive Education Desk

  • Support field data collection and study to ensure monitoring, evaluation and reporting of project activities are done;

  • Support in resource mobilisation through proposal writing, concept note designs and other organisational fundraising activities;

  • Support and develop technical and programmatic reports, policy briefs, fact sheets, concept notes, proposals and other contributions for publication or submissions;

  • Support knowledge management, capacity building, and content production for external use in the form of IEC/BCC materials;

  • Support other programmatic desks as required within the organisation.
