Job summary




  • The incumbent is saddled with the responsibility of attaining company’s growth objectives and articulating new business development opportunities and for identifying,negotiating and managing relationships with existing and new clients in line with our corporate goals. And also, responsible for important and fast-growing promotional field that excels at enhancing brand awareness, generating leads and converting passive audiences to active customers.



Job Responsibilities 




  • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for the company (REALTOR).

  • Assist in developing a business plan and sales strategy for sourcing, scouting and acquisition of properties that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

  • Responsible for bringing in external properties/business for the company.

  • Prepares action plans for self for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

  • Provides timely feedbacks regarding performance.

  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity.

  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and ‘request for proposals’ (RFP) responses.

  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

  • Optimise the business website to increase online traffic.

  • Follow best practices for social media marketing on different platforms.

  • Conduct regular audits for social media and website marketing performance.



Qualifications and Skills 




  • BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a realtor, real estate broker or similar role.

  • Work experience as a Business Development Executive/Digital Marketer in realtor or sales person in a structured realtor firm.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
