Job Summary

• We are hiring a Male Hotel Supervisor to oversee day-to-day hotel operations, guest relations, staff performance, and compliance with hospitality standards.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, bar/restaurant, and room service.


• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle guest complaints professionally.


• Manage staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and shift scheduling.


• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, facilities, and service areas to maintain standards.


• Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities.


• Verify daily sales reports, cash remittances, and stock usage.


• Work closely with Management to implement operational improvements.


• Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with hotel policies.


• Train and support team members to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality or related field.


• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel or hospitality supervision.


• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.


• Must be mature, disciplined, and able to work flexible shifts.


• Proximity to Ikorodu is an added advantage.
