Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage cleaning staff, and ensure all are as meet hygiene and maintenance standards.


• The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure assigned areas are properly cleaned.


• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleaning standards.


• Train and guide cleaning personnel on procedures and safety practices.


• Manage cleaning schedules, supply inventory, and staff attendance.


• Report maintenance issues or shortages promptly.


• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety policies.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor’s Degree


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or cleaning role.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Good knowledge of cleaning materials and safety protocols.


• Must be punctual, reliable, and proactive.


• Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is highly considered.
