Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to handover.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and HSE.
Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
Identify and mitigate project risks and implement contingency plans when required.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Provide regular reports on project progress, issues, and performance to senior management.
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and industry standards.
Promote a strong safety culture and enforce HSE compliance at all project sites.
Profile Wanted
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 8–10 years of project management experience in the Oil & Gas or industrial construction sector.
Proven experience managing large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of local and international HSE regulations and practices.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
PMP or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel and work on-site across project locations in Nigeria.
