You should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Agriculture, Social Sciences, or a related field.


• 3 years of hands-on experience in ESG, sustainability, or environmental and social risk management, ideally within agricultural, social enterprise, or development-focused organizations.


• Proven expertise in developing and implementing ESG policies, systems, and compliance frameworks.


• Strong knowledge of environmental and social risk assessment, mitigation, and reporting standards.


• Experience engaging with stakeholders, including regulators, donors, and community partners, to advance sustainability objectives.


• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate ESG data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.


• Excellent communication skills to influence teams and senior management.
