You should have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Agriculture, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in ESG, sustainability, or environmental and social risk management, ideally within agricultural, social enterprise, or development-focused organizations.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing ESG policies, systems, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of environmental and social risk assessment, mitigation, and reporting standards.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders, including regulators, donors, and community partners, to advance sustainability objectives.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate ESG data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to influence teams and senior management.
