We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Quality Control Officer. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring cost efficiency, quality assurance, and compliance across our real estate projects. You’ll work closely with the project and construction teams to monitor project budgets, verify material quality, and ensure adherence to industry standards and organizational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis for ongoing projects.


• Oversee procurement processes to ensure value for money and quality compliance.


• Implement and monitor quality control procedures across construction activities.


• Review project designs, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance with standards.


• Prepare reports and documentation related to cost management and project quality.


• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers for project alignment.


• Identify and mitigate risks related to project costs and quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.


• 3–5 years of professional experience in real estate or construction projects.


• Membership or certification with NIQS, RICS, or a similar professional body is an advantage.


• Strong analytical and cost management skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
