Job Summary




  • The Client Services Officer will serve as the key contact between patients, healthcare providers, and the organization, ensuring that all clients receive high-quality, timely, and compassionate service. 



Key Responsibilities




  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and partners, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy.

  • Coordinate client appointments, service bookings, and follow-ups to ensure smooth and timely delivery of healthcare services.

  • Provide clear and accurate information about healthcare services, test procedures, packages, and billing processes.

  • Handle client concerns, complaints, or service issues promptly, ensuring resolution in line with company policies and healthcare regulations.

  • Collaborate with medical, laboratory, and administrative teams to meet client needs and improve service delivery.

  • Monitor patient feedback to identify areas for service improvement and report trends to management.

  • Maintain accurate client records and service reports using healthcare management systems or CRM tools.

  • Support marketing initiatives by informing clients of new healthcare packages, promotions, or wellness programs.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in client services, patient relations, healthcare administration, or a similar role (1–3 years preferred).

  • Strong understanding of healthcare processes, medical terminology, or laboratory services is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to remain professional, calm, and empathetic in sensitive situations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare CRM or hospital management systems.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
