Job Summary
- The Client Services Officer will serve as the key contact between patients, healthcare providers, and the organization, ensuring that all clients receive high-quality, timely, and compassionate service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and partners, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate client appointments, service bookings, and follow-ups to ensure smooth and timely delivery of healthcare services.
- Provide clear and accurate information about healthcare services, test procedures, packages, and billing processes.
- Handle client concerns, complaints, or service issues promptly, ensuring resolution in line with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with medical, laboratory, and administrative teams to meet client needs and improve service delivery.
- Monitor patient feedback to identify areas for service improvement and report trends to management.
- Maintain accurate client records and service reports using healthcare management systems or CRM tools.
- Support marketing initiatives by informing clients of new healthcare packages, promotions, or wellness programs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in client services, patient relations, healthcare administration, or a similar role (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes, medical terminology, or laboratory services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to remain professional, calm, and empathetic in sensitive situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare CRM or hospital management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
