PURPOSE
A highly motivated Clinical Trainer with specialized experience in developing, delivering, and executing training programs that enhance clinical staff expertise. The ideal candidate will leverage innovative teaching methods to promote continuous learning, professional growth, and improved clinical performance within the medical aesthetics environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions—both hands-on and theoretical—on aesthetic devices, injectables, and skincare products for doctors, clinical staff, and sales teams.
- Develop and update training materials including manuals, presentations, and SOPs aligned with Afrimed’s brand and manufacturers’ guidelines.
- Support product launches by coordinating and participating in product demonstrations, workshops, and events to enhance product knowledge and adoption.
- Evaluate learning outcomes through assessments, feedback forms, and post-training performance reviews.
- Stay updated on trends, protocols, and innovations in medical aesthetics and device operation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure consistent product messaging and support field operations.
- Conduct on-site training visits to clinics and partner centers to provide practical guidance, troubleshoot device usage, and ensure proper equipment handling.
- Ensure adherence to medical, ethical, and safety standards in all training activities, with proper documentation and reporting.
- Submit detailed training reports, attendance records, and improvement recommendations.
- Represent Afrimed professionally, maintaining high standards of communication, customer service, and brand reputation.
KEY RESULT AREAS / KPIs
- Timely training delivery and percentage of new hires completing orientation and competency evaluation within the required timeframe.
- Improvement in trainees’ competency assessment scores before and after training.
- Training content aligned with current clinical guidelines and Afrimed policies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years practical experience in aesthetic training.
- Experience delivering training, teaching, or facilitating workshops.
- Ability to design and adapt training curriculum.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and motivational abilities.
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
