We are seeking passionate and self-driven individuals to join our team as Associate Medical Representatives. Successful candidates will play a key role in building strong and trusted brands through effective hospital presence, promotion, and awareness creation among healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate is expected primarily to generate demand, detail and create awareness-drive for our core ethical products within the assigned territory. He/She will be provided with initial extensive training and follow up coaching for up to 6 months. If your performance is deemed highly satisfactory, you may be upgraded to substantive Medical Sales Representative position, which has more generous conditions of service.

Requirements

1. B Pharm or B Sc. (health/biological Sciences or equivalent)


2. No experience required, but flair for sales is needed


3. Strong passion for hospital and ethical demand-generation/hospital promotion


4. Strong intellectual, analytical, and communication skills


5. Problem-solver, result-oriented, ambitious, excellent communication, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision


6. High integrity index
